The owners of EOL Packaging Experts GmbH (“EOL”) and NEO Conveying Intelligence Unipessoal Lda. (“NEO”) have agreed to join forces in the future. The EOL Group, comprising A+F Automation + Fördertechnik GmbH, Kirchlengern (A+F), Standard-Knapp, Inc. (S-K), Portland Connecticut and BMS Maschinenfabrik GmbH (BMS), Pfatter, has now gained an important partner on the Iberian Peninsula. This move will further strengthen the Group’s market position in Europe and Africa and drive growth in a sustainable manner.
Marc Sachs founded NEO in 2020 and, after close cooperation with EOL, decided to move even faster in addressing high growth potential, especially in Southern Europe and in Africa. The competencies, products and customers of the two companies complement each other.
NEO is a young, dynamic and innovative company with excellent customer insight and a strong reputation in the field of logistics concepts for the packaging industry.
